Vendor Category & Compliance
Farmers and farm processors must grow or process their products primarily in Washington.
Food processors and prepared food vendors must operate locally, use Washington-grown
ingredients when possible, and hold all necessary licenses.Artisans must craft their products in-state, with a strong emphasis on originality, craftsmanship,
and quality.
Market Fit & Product Quality
We assess product quality, vendor professionalism, ability to attend regularly,
and fit within our overall market mix.
Business Readiness & Compliance
All vendors must carry the appropriate permits and licenses, including a
Washington State business license, health department certifications, and liability insurance.
Products must meet local and state regulations regarding packaging, labeling, and weights and measures.
Application Process
Submit Your Application – Complete our vendor application form and include the required non-refundable application fee. Returning vendors are encouraged to apply early to secure space.
Include Required Documentation – Be prepared to submit business licenses, product lists, crop plans (if applicable), and any necessary health or food safety permits.
Stall Assignment & Setup – Booth assignments are made based on product type, space needs, and your equipment setup.
Market Participation – Vendors are expected to track and report sales, and may be charged either a flat fee or a commission on sales depending on the market’s fee structure.
